At the abandon/hope exhibition at the Spiral garden in Tokyo, a very beautiful exhibition catalogue was released. The book is a 2-volume set, one volume is “Abandon” (which features the Tokyo works), and the other is “Hope” (the Uno works) and was released in 3 versions.
This is the official Setouchi Triennale 2103 catalogue. It does not contain references to David's exhibition (Uno) itself, but mainly covers the information about openings hours, location, food etc.
On The Periphery – David Sylvian: A Biography – The Solo Years by Chris Young. This book – which has taken 3 years to complete – tracks the period of Sylvian’s solo career from 1982 to 2013. The book was published in English (original), Italian and Japanese.
