On nonplace.de: After Nine Horses cd entitled Snow Borne Sorrow, the corporative effort of David Sylvian, Steve Jansen and Burnt Friedman has entered the charts in U.K., Sweden and Italy, the label samadhisound has decided to release a single featuring bonus tracks, as well as Friedman producing several reworks of Nine Horses album tracks.
Nine Horses' Snow Borne Sorrow is being released in Japan on 22nd Feb (cat number IECP10002). It will be a digipack release with one bonus track called: Birds Sing For Their Lives.
Jan Bang and Eric Honoré are putting together a new CD with the help of friends like Molvær, Endresen, Henriksen, David Sylvian etc under the name Punkt. The album should be released before summer 2006.
Seminal British free improvising avant garde guitarist Derek Bailey has died this Christmas day in London, aged 74. Derek is known for his collaboration with David Sylvian on the Blemish album.
One of my favorite albums of 2005! Timelines is the debut album of Italian musiucian (and Sylvian fan) Stefano Panunzi. With guest musicians like Mick karn, Mike Applebaum, Markus Reuter and Peter Chilvers, Stefano created an album that should be spinning in every Sylvian fan's cd player.

It 's my pleasure to announce that finally the Heartbeat video clip has been released on an official DVD! Not on a Virgin music video compilation but on the bonus DVD of the 2DVD set of the Carlo Verdone movie Perdiamoci Di Vista.
Readymade FC is Jean-Philippe Verdin, a French musical maverick, born in Brittany, France, in the latter 1960s. A brilliant multi-instrumentalist, programmer and composer, Verdin has lent his versatility to recordings by the likes of David Sylvian, Spanish icon Luz Casal and French chart habitué Etienne Daho, amongst many others.
The new album of David Sylvian, Steve Jansen and Burnt Friedman will hopefully released on 10.10.05 as Nine Horses with the title 'Snow Borne Sorrow'.
According to the 12K newsletter, Taylor Deupree has nearly finished a remix of World Citizen, which will be released later this year.
